These pretty, elegant curtain rods had beautiful detailing on the finials. They are being used in a dining room and completed the finishing touches that the room needed. This person has curtains underneath them so that the mounting brackets, which are adjustable and expandable up to 5 inches, were absolutely ideal. Another satisfied customer giving a five out of five star rating purchased a Montrose 48 to 86 inch Croscill decorative kitchen rod. She sums up her experience in one word – Great. She absolutely loves the curtain rods. It just so happens that she purchased them on Amazon and feels it is probably her best purchase from them to date. She also bought Croscill window treatments for her office update project.
She in fact, picked out two new colors in an elegantly beautiful design. The rods are gold
colored, sturdy and of amazing quality. She decided to have her husband do the installation and he apparently may not have been up to the task. Seems he ran into a metal support during installation; but eventually the process was completed and she says that they are absolutely beautifully amazing. She can’t say enough about them in fact. The rods compliment the curtains and vice versa. She has received endless compliments on them, even though they’ve only been up a short time. Additionally, she has now purchased Croscill rods for her bedroom in the knowledge that the wonderful gold rod window treatments will fit perfectly with her décor and color scheme.
There’s always one in the crowd
Every party has a pooper, so here are the reviews that were less than stellar for Croscill window treatments (and maybe an editorial comment or two). This next woman bought Croscill window treatments for her kitchen. She was dissatisfied with the condition in which they arrived. Where do you suppose she bought them? Amazon. Not from a Croscill dealer, but Amazon. Is it me or is this person blaming the wrong party for the quality of the shipping of her curtain rods? Let’s try someone else.
Another person who, once again purchased her curtain rods through Amazon, said they arrived with the end scroll broken off. Now I am not insulting or berating Amazon in any way, shape or form, but these women are blaming Croscill for faulty products. Of course the end scrolls are subject to damage! They’re sticking right out there! Better packaging could have prevented this product being broken before it even gets the chance to be installed. If the end scrolls are breaking off in your home, perhaps someone in your house should stop swinging from the drapery rods and develop an appreciation for the finer, more delicate things in life. (Just a note: drapery rods with end scrolls frequently come with the end scrolls detached/detachable. Please tell me that this is not the case and these women didn’t know the difference).
The bottom line is that a lot more people liked them than had problems with them. And you can save money by purchasing at Amazon. But in the rare event you do have a problem with your Croscill window treatments and the way they are shipped there, you can always return them.
